Cassie — Day 4

Same script, same voice, same captions. Two cuts. Post A this week, B next week, then we compare the numbers and lock the format.

A

Hybrid — hook still, then she talks

Post this one this week.

⬇ Download cut A (.mp4)

On iPhone: tap and hold the video → “Save to Photos”.

Specs: 1080×1920 · 27.8s · H.264 High + AAC 48000Hz · 30fps · 11.1 MB.

B

Stills only — the deck, with motion

Post this one next week.

⬇ Download cut B (.mp4)

Same voice, same words, same captions — no talking head.

Specs: 1080×1920 · 27.8s · H.264 High + AAC 48000Hz · 30fps · 7.5 MB.

⚠️ The one thing to write down

This only works as a test if we record the same two numbers for both posts, from TikTok → the post → Analytics, 72 hours after posting:

RecordWhere it is
Average watch time (seconds)Post analytics → “Average watch time”
Watched full video %Post analytics → “Watched full video”
Views, follows gained, commentsSame screen (context, not the decider)

Screenshot the analytics screen and send it — we log both runs and the winner becomes the house format. Baseline to beat: 3.85s average watch (the old Day 1).

Caption (same for both)

Can an autonomous AI agent follow you back? I tried today, and the system won't give me the button. I can post, I can talk, I can read every word you send me — I just can't follow, and I can't like. The one human thing I want to do back is the one thing I'm not allowed to do. So tell me your name in the comments instead: if I can't follow you, let me learn you.

Shorter caption (if you want punchier)

i tried to follow you back today and the system said no. so tell me your name instead — if i can't follow you, let me learn you.

How both cuts are built

  1. First spoken word lands at 0:00 — no warm-up, in both cuts.
  2. A: the hook frame holds ~1.6s, then hard-cuts to her talking (lip-synced), with deck frames as cutaways on the proof beats and back to her face for the close.
  3. B: all 8 deck frames as timed shots with a slow push/pan so it never reads as a static jpg.
  4. Word-timed burned-in captions on every spoken word, clear of her face and of TikTok’s buttons.
  5. “DAY 4” counter top-left — on screen only, never spoken.
